By creating an account or otherwise using PageWith, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
1. The platform
PageWith helps people discover service providers and helps providers create and publish business listings. PageWith currently provides discovery, listing, and lead-generation functionality only.
PageWith does not currently collect customer payments, hold money in escrow, process provider payouts, or act as a party to an agreement between a customer and a service provider. Customers and providers arrange services, prices, payments, cancellations, refunds, and other transaction terms directly.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account. The service is not directed to children under 18. You must provide accurate account information, keep your authentication credentials secure, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it results from a security failure attributable to PageWith.
3. Using information on PageWith
Provider listings are supplied by providers or other authorised contributors. We may review or moderate listings, but we do not guarantee that every listing, price, credential, availability statement, review, or other item is complete, current, or accurate.
Before engaging a provider, users should independently evaluate the provider, the proposed service, pricing, qualifications, licences, insurance, safety measures, and suitability for their needs.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use PageWith for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activity;
- impersonate another person or business;
- submit content you do not have the right to use;
- introduce malware, scrape the service in a manner that harms its operation, bypass access controls, or interfere with other users;
- misuse another person's personal data; or
- manipulate listings, reviews, ratings, or engagement signals.
5. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant PageWith a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical presentation, and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, promote, and improve PageWith.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content and that it does not violate law or another person's rights. You may request correction or removal through the support contact below.
6. Third-party services and links
PageWith may use or link to third-party services, including authentication, communications, mapping, hosting, and provider websites or social profiles. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for a third-party service or for an agreement made directly with a provider.
7. Changes, suspension, and termination
We may change or discontinue features, restrict access, remove content, or suspend an account where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, platform integrity, or enforcement of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through support.

8. Disclaimers
PageWith is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability or guarantee the identity, quality, legality, safety, conduct, or performance of any user or provider. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Liability
