PageWith Service Provider Terms
Version 1.1
Last updated: 2 October 2026
These Service Provider Terms supplement the PageWith Terms of Use and apply whenever you create, manage, or publish a real service-provider listing. If these terms conflict with the general Terms of Use on a provider-specific matter, these Service Provider Terms control for that matter.
1. Provider eligibility and authority
You may publish a listing only if you are the provider, own or control the business, or have been authorised by the provider to create and manage the listing. An administrator or other person helping prepare a draft may not confirm these terms on a provider's behalf unless legally authorised to do so.
You must maintain a verified account or contact method required by PageWith.
2. Accuracy confirmation on every publish
Each time you select Confirm and publish, you confirm that:
- you are authorised to create and manage the business listing;
- the information being published is accurate, current, and not misleading;
- you are legally permitted to provide every service listed;
- you hold any licence, registration, qualification, permission, insurance, or consent required for those services and locations;
- your content does not infringe another person's rights; and
- you will promptly correct or remove information that becomes inaccurate.
This declaration is part of these Service Provider Terms. A separate declaration checkbox is not required. PageWith records the active document version and content hash associated with each successful real-business publish.
3. Your services and customer relationship
You, and not PageWith, are responsible for the services you advertise or provide, including quality, safety, legality, fulfilment, scheduling, pricing, taxes, invoices, cancellations, refunds, customer communications, personnel, equipment, and required licences or permissions.
PageWith currently does not collect payments on behalf of Service Providers. Any payment for services is arranged directly between the Service Provider and the customer. PageWith is not a party to that transaction and does not hold funds, provide escrow, or guarantee payment or performance.
4. Listing content
You are responsible for business names, descriptions, service details, prices, images, contact information, location information, claims, and other content in your listing. Displayed pricing must not be intentionally deceptive and should make material conditions clear.
You grant PageWith the content licence described in the Terms of Use so that we can host, format, display, distribute, and promote your listing. You must have permission from every person whose image, personal information, trademark, or copyrighted work you submit.
5. Prohibited and restricted listings
You must not list unlawful, fraudulent, dangerous, exploitative, discriminatory, or misleading services. You must not claim qualifications, affiliations, reviews, ratings, licences, or approvals you do not have.
PageWith's initial MVP is intended for lower-regulatory-risk service categories. We may refuse, restrict, or require additional review for medical or healthcare services, legal representation, financial or investment services, insurance distribution, lending, gambling or real-money gaming, alcohol, weapons, adult services, employment placement, transport services, or another regulated or high-risk category.
6. Customer data and communications
Use customer information received through PageWith only for the requested service, related communications, safety, dispute handling, and purposes the customer reasonably expects or separately authorises. Protect it appropriately and do not sell it, spam the customer, or use it unlawfully.
7. Complaints, verification, and cooperation
You agree to respond reasonably to verification requests, complaints, impersonation reports, ownership disputes, safety concerns, and lawful requests. PageWith may request supporting information, add a warning, correct or remove content, restrict discoverability, suspend publication, or disable an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate a report, or comply with law.
PageWith's review or publication of a listing does not certify, endorse, or guarantee the provider or its services.
8. Taxes and records
You are responsible for determining and meeting tax, invoicing, registration, and record-keeping obligations that apply to your activities. PageWith does not provide tax or legal advice.
9. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will be responsible for claims and losses arising from your services, your breach of these Service Provider Terms, your listing content, or your violation of another person's rights. This provision does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by PageWith's own unlawful conduct.
10. Changes and ending provider access
We may publish revised Service Provider Terms prospectively. The active version will be presented again for confirmation when you publish. You may stop offering services through PageWith and request removal of your listing at any time, subject to reasonable retention of security, dispute, and legal-audit records.
11. General terms and contact
The governing-law, dispute, disclaimer, and general provisions in the PageWith Terms of Use also apply to these Service Provider Terms.
