PageWith Privacy Policy
Version 1.2
Last updated: 2 October 2026
This policy explains how PageWith collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal data. PageWith is currently operated by Vicky Kumar in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ("PageWith", "we", "us", or "our").
1. Personal data we collect
Depending on how you use PageWith, we may collect:
- Account and authentication data: name, email address, phone number, country code, authentication-provider identifiers, Google sign-in data made available to us, and OTP or session information.
- Provider and business data: provider name and type, business name, descriptions, categories, services, prices, photos and other content, contact details, location or service area, and listing ownership information.
- Usage and analytics data: page or screen views, navigation, searches and search text, button interactions, listing views, saves and shares, draft activity, publishing activity, feedback activity, and login events.
- Technical and security data: IP address, browser and device information, user agent, session and anonymous identifiers, timestamps, referrer or source, and application or server logs.
- Communications: support requests, complaints, reports, correction or removal requests, and related correspondence.
Please do not submit sensitive or unnecessary personal information in a search, listing, review, or support message.
2. How we obtain data
We obtain data directly from you, automatically when you use the service, from an authentication or communications provider you choose to use, and from a person authorised to help create or manage a provider listing.
3. Why we use data
We use personal data to:
- provide, operate, and secure PageWith;
- authenticate accounts and maintain sessions;
- create, manage, display, search, and publish business listings;
- connect users with providers and enable direct contact;
- understand adoption and improve product features and user experience;
- diagnose failures and maintain service performance;
- prevent fraud, abuse, impersonation, and security incidents;
- respond to support, reporting, grievance, deletion, and legal requests; and
- maintain operational and legal audit records.
Where applicable law requires consent for a particular activity, we will seek it through an appropriate notice or control. You may withdraw that consent for future processing using the relevant control or by contacting us, subject to processing that remains permitted or required by law.
4. Public listing information
Information submitted for a public business listing may be visible to anyone, including people without a PageWith account. This may include the business name, description, services, prices, photos, public contact details, social links, and service location or area. Do not publish private contact information unless you want it displayed publicly.
Login identifiers, private provider information, IP addresses, user agents, session data, and legal acceptance records are not intended to be part of the public business response.
5. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal data. We may share data as reasonably necessary with vendors that provide:
- cloud hosting, storage, database, cache, and security infrastructure;
- identity and authentication services, including Google sign-in;
- OTP and communications services, including Twilio;
- mapping or location functionality;
- operational analytics and monitoring; and
- professional, legal, or compliance support.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, to investigate abuse, or as part of a future business reorganisation subject to appropriate safeguards. A customer's decision to contact a provider will disclose information directly between those parties.
6. Cookies and similar technology
PageWith uses secure cookies or comparable storage for authentication, OTP verification, session continuity, security, and related service functions. We may also use anonymous or account-linked identifiers for product analytics. Browser settings may allow you to control some storage, but blocking essential cookies can prevent login or other features from working.
7. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Different records have different periods. Account and provider records are generally retained while active and for an appropriate period afterward; identified analytics and security logs are intended to use limited retention; raw search text should use a shorter period where practical; and legal acceptance evidence may be retained longer as an audit record.
We periodically review retained data and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legitimate operational, security, dispute, and legal-retention requirements.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal data. Depending on the nature of the data and service, these safeguards may include protected data transmission, access controls, authentication and session protections, monitoring, recovery measures, and appropriate safeguards for service providers that process data on our behalf.
No system is completely secure. We investigate suspected security incidents and take reasonable steps to contain and remediate them. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities when required by applicable law.
To report suspected account compromise or a security vulnerability, visit our Support page. Please do not include passwords, one-time passwords, access tokens, or other sensitive personal data unless we specifically request it through an appropriate secure channel.
9. Your choices and requests
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access information about your data, correct inaccurate data, remove a listing, delete your account, withdraw an applicable consent, or raise a grievance. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Some records may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally permitted, including security, dispute, and legal-audit records.
10. Children
PageWith is not directed to children under 18. Do not create an account or submit a child's personal data without the involvement and authorisation of a parent or lawful guardian and any process required by applicable law.
11. Changes to this policy
We may publish a new version when our practices, vendors, features, or legal requirements change. Historical versions will remain available through their versioned routes. Material changes may also be communicated through the service.
